Quality System Philosophy
PT Omedata Electronics has implemented a quality system as means of ensuring that product conforms to customers specified requirements. The system is documented in quality manual that meets requirements of the QS-9000 and ISO-9002 international standards.

Quality System
The Quality System Manual and Policies stated there in shall serve as the core reference for implementation and maintenance of written procedures, instruction and supporting documents describing how the Quality System operates. The manual shall serve as the top-level document, and as such, it shall be the sole basis of quality system´s implementing procedures, instructions and supporting documents shall be traceable to this manual.

Quality Planning
Quality plans shall be part of the Strategic Business Plan process as well as part of all New Product and Process Development activities, Product and Process Change activities and Product and Process Transfer. Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process shall reference to Omedata New Product Phase Review System (NPPRS) procedure.

Product Approval Process
Product Part Approval Process (PPAP) as part of the Advanced Product Quality Planning implementation in PT Omedata Electronics is based on the New Product Phase Review System (NPPRS) that will be further described in a separate procedure.

Continuous Improvement
PT Omedata Electronics has implemented a comprehensive Continuous Improvement philosophy throughout the organization . PT Omedata Electronics shall continuously strive to improve in Quality, Service and Price for all customers. All Omedata continuous improvement plans shall be reviewed annually as a minimum.

Facilities and Tooling Management
PT. Omedata Electronics utilizes a cross-functional team approach for facility, process and equipment improvement planning. Advance Quality planning techniques are employed in order to minimize material handling, facilitate efficient material flow and maximize value-added use of floor space.
